The rules for using Graker.

Graker is an iOS app that lets you scan or look up a grocery product, compares it against dietary criteria you set, and helps you find the same product at nearby stores. Some features, including nearby price comparisons, are rolling out gradually and may not cover every product or every area yet.

Graker is not medical or dietary advice. The dietary presets, nutrient limits, and ingredient exclusions in the app reflect the criteria you enter. Graker does not verify that a product is safe for any medical condition or allergy, and you should not rely on it in place of a doctor, dietitian, or the product's own packaging and label. If a mismatch between an allergy or a medical condition and a food choice matters to your health, check the product itself.

You need an account, created through Apple, Google, or email sign-in, to save dietary criteria, lists, and trip plans. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree to use Graker only for its intended purpose: comparing and finding groceries for your own household use. Scraping the catalogue, reselling access, or submitting fake or misleading Nutrition Facts label scans is not permitted.

Nearby price comparisons and other paid features are offered through an auto-renewing subscription, purchased and billed through Apple's in-app purchase system. The current price, any trial period, and the renewal terms are shown to you in the App Store purchase screen before you buy, and that is the offer that governs your specific purchase.

Apple processes the payment; Graker never receives your card details. You manage, change, or cancel your subscription from your Apple ID account settings, not inside Graker. Deleting your Graker account, described in our Privacy Policy, does not cancel an active Apple subscription.

Graker is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any product, dietary, or price information will be accurate or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNAADO Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Graker, including a dietary or health outcome, a shopping decision, or a price or product that turned out to be wrong. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid TNAADO for the Graker subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
